Proof of Concept Prototype
Building upon Conceptual Design to create a one-off Hi-fi prototype of your product idea using off the shelf parts, workshop tools and machinery to demonstrate how it could work in real life and do basic tests quickly at relatively low cost to find ways to improve it before producing it at scale
Deliverables: Conceptual Design (Concept CAD Model, Renders, Use Case), Working Prototype (Images, Video), Bill of Materials and Bill of Processes Documentation
Delivery Time: 6-12 Weeks
Production Prototype
Creating a more detailed design that is more robust with more bespoke parts that can be produced at scale in collaboration with manufacturing partners. We can develop the production prototype design from scratch or implement changes to your existing production-ready design
Deliverables: Conceptual Design, Working Prototype, Detailed CAD Model, 2D Engineering Drawings, Bill of Materials, Bill of Processes Documentation
Delivery Time: 3-6 Months+
